American Custom Distilling Involvement:
American Custom Distilling partnered with Next Century Spirits to support the launch of their award-winning Bear Fight Whisky. Rather than procuring liquid from external sources, we provided multiple samples of our own American Single Malt distillate. Bear Fight selected specific ages and cask types to align with their brand vision and growth strategy. We then shipped the selected whisky to them in IBC totes, allowing them to bottle some immediately while continuing to age others for future releases.
Additionally, we provided them with new make spirit, which they are aging at their location in North Carolina for future expressions.
