American Custom Distilling collaborated with the Scotch Malt Whisky Society, one of the world’s leading independent bottlers, to provide them with exclusive access to our American Single Malt whisky. Our relationship began at a trade show, where we discussed the excitement surrounding the American Single Malt category and how it could help grow their showcasing of American whiskies within their portfolio.
Our role included:
Curated Selection: Providing a multitude of samples from various casks with differing ages and cask treatments, allowing the Society to evaluate a broad spectrum of American Single Malt options.
Tailored Support: Assisting the Society in reviewing and selecting barrels that aligned with their commitment to unique, high-quality single cask offerings.
Exclusive American Single Malt Supply: Supplying only our American Single Malt whisky, ensuring a distinct addition to their portfolio.
Logistical Coordination: Managing the transfer and preparation of selected barrels, which were ultimately shipped in IBC totes to meet their bottling and release schedules.
The result was a successful partnership that allowed the Scotch Malt Whisky Society to expand its portfolio with exclusive, high-quality American Single Malt whisky, further strengthening the presence of American whiskies in their global lineup.
